The Florence County Jail will provide a safe, secure and humane environment for those individuals committed to our custody. The jail can house 28 inmates. We have 12 correctional officers who also are our 911 dispatchers, this includes the leader of the jail Ltn. Theresa Pataconi. We also employ a jail/mainteance worker.

The Wisconsin VINE (Victim information and Notification Everyday) system is a service through which victims of crime and other interested citizens can use the telephone or Internet to search for information regarding the custody status of an offender and to register to receive telephone and e-mail notification when the offender's status changes. Inmate visitation:

• Visitation is Wedensdays from 7pm to 9pm and Sundays from 1pm to 4pm.
• Visitors must bring valid photo ID.
