Lake Monitoring & Protection Network In 2020 the WI DNR switched to the Lake Monitoring and Protection Network (LMPN) grant to provide staff funding for activieties including public outreach, oversite of ovlunteer programs such as the Citizen Lake Monitoring Network (CLMN), Baitshop initiatives, local Snapshot days, and Clean Boats Clean Waters (CBCW). In conjuntion with outreach and public education grant funds support staff lake monitoring and early detection surveys to provide data regarding aquatic invasive species.
