Qualifications The child/youth must be: • A Florence County Resident • Under the Age of 18 • Involved in at least two of the following: Mental health (therapy and/or medication management) Special Education Juvenile Justice Child Protective Services Alcohol or Other Drug Abuse Services Other (i.e. 504 Plan, Health Services, etc.) • Parent(s) are willing to be involved in the CST team process (or at least willing to learn more about it) * Priority is given to children identified as Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED)
