As a representative of the people of the State of Wisconsin, the primary role of the District Attorney's Office is to prosecute all adult criminal and juvenile delinquent acts that occur in Florence County. In addition, the District Attorney's Office prosecutes traffic offenses, provides education/advice to law enforcement and represents county agencies in various proceedings.
