Florence County Historical Society Museum-website Located at 201 Florence Avenue Open June-September Thursday-Saturday 10:00am until 12:00pm The museum maintains a collection of photos dating back to the 1880's. They are available for viewing and purchase. There are both permanent and special exhibits of Florence County history. Group tours are available by appointment. Donated Florence County Artifacts and pictures are accepted and appreciated. Financial support for the Museum and for the activities of the Florence Historical Society are  raised from memberships, donations at the museum, personal gifts and book sales. The Florence  County Historical Society is a Non-Profit IRS determined 501 (c) (3) organization. Your membership donation is tax deductible.
