How do I find out what a parcel of real estate sold for? This is more difficult than you might think. In actual practice, the sale price is not necessarily disclosed on a deed. Our office does not have any information regarding the dwelling on a property. In order to find out this information, you will want to contact the assessor for the municipality the property is in.
