Searches are free! To obtain access in LandShark for searches only fill out the Use Agreement and User Information forms below and return to Florence County Register of Deeds. We will set up your account and contact you when it is activated. To obtain access in LandShark to search, view images, and print documents please fill out the Use Agreement and User Information forms below. Return the forms to Florence County Register of Deeds along with a check made out for a minimum of $25.00. An escrow account will be set up, and we will contact you when the account is active. Please be advised that we are unable to write refund checks.
